Most of you know the story behind this lovely girl.... how I bought her to "hold" her for a client until the time was right, and four days later I knew she'd be mine forever....
I'd never ridden her before, I was in the wrong saddle, and it was so cold I couldn't feel my fingers, yet she gave me this:
Lesson horse, show horse, work horse, play horse - there are so many facets to this special horse, who has earned her purchase over and over again.
In the first minutes I spent with her, I felt this connection with her.
Kitana has stayed busy once again, instructing students in saddleseat, dressage, hunters, jumpers, advancing in all of the above with me, and turning into my most trusted field hunter.
